Journey... I am 29 years old been with my husband for 14 years we been married for 8 years. We have 3 kids 11, 6 and 4.. I had my son very young. I weighed 135lbs when I got pregnant through my pregnancies i gained and lost weight and after my last daughter was born i hit my highest weight from not working. I decided to change myself so i worked

July 27 I go in I'm not nervous at all! So excited!!! Does anyone know if its ok to have a gel French manicure going in for surgery or should I remove the gel prior?
