WORTH IT$8,000
I have thought about getting breast implants my whole life and now I have the money to do it! I actually really like everything about them, minus the size. I went to my first consult recently and had vectra imaging done and got measured. He recommended Natrelle Inspira SRM 310s. I felt these are slightly too small and too low of a projection after a few days of thinking. He said he would be willing to go up to 330s but would not consider more projection. My husband has actually been super helpful with researching and helping me get more information. He says he doesn't care what I do, as long as I'm happy and healthy. I have a second consult scheduled in the beginning of January with another surgeon. I really like look of the SRF 345s on women very similar in size to myself. Not too big. I really like the "are they real or fake" type of look haha. Hoping this is an option for me with the second surgeon!!

New Consult!
I saw another doctor on January 2nd. He recommended the Sientra or Natrelle Inspira smooth, round, highly cohesive (gummy bear) implants in high profile for me. He recommened the highly cohesive due to the lower chance of rippling since I do not have much breast tissue to start. He said I could go up to 400ccs if I so desired, however I feel that would definitely be larger than the look I would like to achieve. We decided on 350-375. I am still concerned about the look this will give me. The Natrelle implants were just released on the market a few months ago, so it is very difficult to find after pictures of these. Has anyone gotten them? I feel the Sientra HP seem very harsh and almost like balls on some people's chests. It's hard to find photos of people who have had them for a while after dropping. I do want a more round, slightly fake look but I feel this may be too much. I really liked this PS and trust his opinion. We will decide on the final size and implant type at my pre-op appointment. I love the look of the Inspira SRFs and he told me this was an option if I decided against the highly cohesive style, which makes me happy. I am booking my surgery for April 6th. I have a physical job so I will need a full week off of work and will return the following Monday. I wish I didn't have to wait so long to get them done but my husband and I will be traveling in March so I have to wait until after. I'm worried I'll back out in that amount of time or change my mind. ($500 down the drain if I do!). Lots of time to keep looking at pictures and keep researching! I'm attaching my newest vectra imaging we did at this consult.

Hello!!! I am so excited that I found your review with this much time on your hands. This is such an emotional roller coaster, and such an important decision!!
I had my BA two years ago, and I have some fantastic advice for you!! I wish I had this bit of information when I picked my size, but I was so hung up on CC's, that it consumed all my boob comparison, wish picks, etc. I'm not going to say that cc's aren't important, because they do matter. BUT, I am upset that I didn't choose the implant based on my breast measurement size. I went in thinking that a very full 'C' sounded great. I was starting out with nothing, so I wanted to not regret this purchase. My PS was and is amazing, and he picked out implants based on my breast measurements, and we went with the fullest size that my pockets would hold. It would ensure me a full C, if not a small D. I was ecstatic!! Well, that first choice was silicone Mentor Memoryshape (natural slope, highly cohesive/gummy bear), medium height, moderate plus profile, 375cc. I was perfectly satisfied with that, but then started panicking that they wouldn't be the 'oomph' that I was looking for. So, I went back in and reselected. I was still afraid to go over 400 cc's, so I went with 390 cc. This changed the profile from moderate plus to high, but what I didn't pay attention to, was that this decreased the implant size in height and width. What I should have chosen was 440 cc. The difference is only 50 cc, but it would have made a big difference in my breasts. I have a good size, but I just don't have the fullness that I was looking for. I wish I had known this, because I have boob greed. I'm certain that if I had implants that completely filled my pockets, I would have the fullness that would make me extremely happy.
So, please ask for the implants that fill your pockets, and the profile that you like. So many people are afraid of high profile, but I feel that if you get the right type, you will absolutely loved your results.
Good luck, I wish you the best!!!!!

What? You appear to have significant breast tissue! If you want natural I would stay around 300 or the projection will be too much-my opinion. Look at pictures from the PS you have met with and select a look you want. I did 250cc and love them. I am a 32C and D in VS bras.

Good luck with your upcoming surgery! I do think picking the right size was the most stressful part of the journey. - like iamsoready I recommend listening and working with your doctor to really get something that fits your body type- everyone is so different with different measurements. The sound of 520 to me sounded insane when my doc recommended it but for me and my body type it isn't insane at all! Everyone carries them different so 400 on one person may look totally different on the next. Take wish pics in and work closely w/ the doc with out so much focus on cup size or cc amounts. I'm excited for your journey to begin!

Have you posted your before and after photos on here? I’m 5’4’’ 120lbs as well and decided at my appointment today to go with the Natrelle high profile 365cc. I would love to see how yours look. We didn’t even try on any moderate profiles today and I’m nervous I should have.

Surgery booked!
Just called a few days ago to schedule my surgery! Official date is April 6th. My pre-op date is March 27th. I will officially decide on the type of implant then. I definitely think I want to go with the Natrelle Inspira SCF (cohesive gel) in 365cc. I've been reading all of the "horror" stories about problems down the road and really freaking myself out. I hope everything turns out well for me now and years down the road. I am a nurse and I think knowing all of the bad things that could ever go wrong just makes it worse. (Anesthesia, intubation, capsular contracture, autoimmune diseases, infection, ect.) Anyway, I plan on purchasing the VitaMedica kit with Arnica Montana 30x from makemeheal.com. It was recommended by my PS but not mandatory. Also, I definitely am looking into getting one of the Brilliant Contours bras. I have a lot of time though to prepare! Still so nervous!

My surgery is April 11th! I'll be following your story

Good luck with yours as well! I hope your results are fantastic and the pain is barely there :)

My surgery is next week! I'll be following yours as well :) I had my implant selected back at my consult in November but when I went for my pre-op the other day, the doctor offered the new Inspira SCF (cohesive gummy bear). They are 2x the cost of the SRF but my doctor had one remaining BOGO cert from Allergan. I stressed for a few minutes at having to make a rush decision so they could be ordered in time, but I got the information I needed and I'm confident in my selection:) best of luck to you!

I can't wait to see your results! I wish there were more pictures of women that have them. I also am wondering if they will feel or look much different from the SRFs. If it's what my PS recommended though, I'm going for it! My pre-op is March 27th so I'll ask my last minute questions then. Good luck! I'll watch your posts too!

I decided to stay with the SRF. I didn't care for the feel of the cohesive and I'm not looking for extra upper pole fullness (more than what the SRF will provide) I looked for reviews of the SCF but no luck. So I just searched gummy bear implants. Hopefully I can manage to get my own review up and going asap:)

You'll be happy with this size! I think we are similar and if I had gone any bigger they would have been large for my proportions. Mine look modest in clothes but in a bikini are like I said slightly on the large side for my frame:) best of luck!

Good luck with your upcoming surgery! The planning part can be so stressful but seems like you have done your research. I'm excited for you :)
March 22, 2017
I'm pretty sure I've done so much research I could put these in myself! (Haha just kidding!!) I'm hoping it all pays off :)
March 20, 2017
How're you feeling? You're 3 days after me!! Have you decided what size to go for? X
March 22, 2017
I'm almost positive on the 365cc. I'm just torn between the SRF (regular silicone) or the SCF (highly cohesive). Final decision will be this Monday, the 27th!
March 22, 2017
It's so exciting / scary. I don't pay until the morning of my op - not sure it's a good thing mind you!!! What's the difference between the two implants??
March 22, 2017
The regular SRF is silicone but the SCF is highly cohesive silicone or the Natrelle version of a round "gummy bear" implant. It gives less chance of rippling according to my PS and holds the upper pole fullness better. I'm just nervous of too much upper pole. They are new to the US and harder to find photos of :(

Ah I see! I think you need to leave an element of these choices up to PS and their experience. I wish I could just fast forward time and have the perfect boobs without the stressful build up and pain
March 22, 2017
My surgery is April 13th!!!! I'm so nervous too!! Looks like we will be able to share recovery stories!! I'm so scared and excited at the same time!!
March 22, 2017
I know..me too. I keep thinking im making a huge mistake..but then I put on a shirt and all I can think is "this would look so much better with boobs!" Haha. I paid my balance in full a few days ago, so definitely no turning back for me! I really want to try to be good with updates (my preop is Monday). I'll check your posts too! Good luck! :)

Please ask your PS what your breast measurements are, and choose your implant from that information. I made the mistake of getting hung up on the amount of cc, and I have boob greed.
I now found out that I could have gone up another 50 CC, but I was so stuck on a number. I am completely satisfied with my results most of the time, so I can't complain about that. But I know that I would absolutely love my boobs if I had chosen the exact implant to fill my breast pocket. I ended up going with mentor memory shape, medium height, high profile 390 cc. I should have gone with 440 cc. It's not just a difference in 50 CCS. I would have had a little bit more width and height. The implant I went with is narrower and shorter than my measurements, but it didn't concern me then.
Please do your research and ask your PS what is the max your pocket can hold.
I wish you the best, and a wonderful recovery!!!!
