5 months!
WORTH IT$8,000
5 months and still loving them! Posted a video update to show squishiness. No rippling at all. Lovee my upper pole fullness. I would like my scars to be lighter but I'm probably just being impatient as usual. Might switch scar creams to see if that helps. If you are considering these new implants, take the plunge. I have nothing but good things to say about them!

Still going well. I continue to have some numbness in my right nipple and some weird nerve pain. Reallly, reallyy hoping this gets better soon. That breast still needs to drop the slightest bit to catch up with the left too. I got measured at Victoria's Secret as a 32D. She said I was in between the D and DD, but the 32D fit well when I tried it on so that's what I went with. I haven't bought any actual bras yet, just in case my size changes more. I did though buy about 6 bralettes and 2 sports bras haha. I got all of those in a Medium from Aerie and Victoria's Secret. Never could wear them before. Also, I got 2 new swim suits. Yay! I can't wait until I have a chance to wear those. My scars are coming along slowly. They definitely have lightened up, but still have a long way to go. I keep telling myself it's only been 2 and a half months. I also am massaging them 3 times a day. I still like my boobs in person more than in pictures.

Looking fantastic! Well done for being patient on the bra buying, I don't think I'll be able to resist!
Thanks! and it's been difficult but since it's been warmer here, I'm trying to hold myself off by buying bralettes for under tank tops haha
Looking great!
Thanks! So are you!
They look amazing!!! And, I love all of those adorable bras!
hi! would you say your implants are softer now? my ps had decided on the inspira cohesives for me initially since i have little breast tissue to begin with to avoid rippling but now has decided against it since he said i won't be going too big and we want to keep the softness. i have decided on 310cc but am wondering if i should just stay with the gummy. thanks
Just adding my two cents, but I have the highly cohesive Inspira Round Goes Gummy implants like Jill has. I do indeed have breast tissue, and I still have a rippling. Significant rippling. And I'm not overly thin either. But I have significant rippling in my cleavage area so it's really noticeable especially if I wear V-neck shirts. I would steer clear from these because there's no way of knowing for sure whether or not you'll have rippling. I had mentor implants before the Inspira implants and I never had any rippling. Not that you could see or feel anyway. I hate to say it, but steer clear of the new Inspira Round Goes Gummy implants. They are more expensive, and not worth it.
ahhh, thank you for your response. these are a newer implant released this year but its hard to find reviews on them. it's crazy that the gummy/highly cohesives are marketed to be firmer and less rippling, they were also going to cost me $800 more. maybe i should just stick with the regular inspiras.. but that makes me worry that those will cause rippling if the gummys do as well. mind you i am flat, i have my surgery on aug 31. thanks again for your input.. i will have to contact my ps and see what he thinks.. they also have a inspira soft touch that's supposed to be an in between but i can't find much on that either.
I think I was the first one on this site to get the new highly cohesive Natrelle Inspiras. My revision surgery was in January. My surgeon told me they had only been out just a few months. I listened to his suggestion and went with them, but wish I hadn't. I just don't think there's enough information out there yet about them. I would stick with something that you know works and is a good quality implant. Don't do what I did and try something new!
I would have to disagree. I absolutely love, love my implants. I am 4 months, one week out. I don't have any rippling what so ever. Mine are also very soft and jiggly. They have very nice upper pole fullness. I was very hesitant to try something new, but at my plastic surgeons recommendation, I took the plunge. So happy with them. I've been meaning to put up a video of them and how soft they are.
.. and that if what i'm looking for upper pole fullness. at the size i'm looking at 310cc moderate profile my ps is afraid they will look like rocks on my chest which is why he ended up deciding against it. pls put up a video, that would be great help. thanks
I'm happy to hear that you had a good result! I guess it's just the chance that we take. Unfortunately for me, they didn't work out too well so I can't recommend them. But maybe she will get lucky as you did and have a great result if she decides to go with them! As for them being soft, I do indeed agree. Mine are very soft and squishy. I'm just really disappointed with the rippling. Well, and the asymmetry, but that's surgical error and has nothing to do with the style of implant.
I don't like my cohesive inspira's either so you aren't the only one. I'm having mine removed actually. I don't have rippling but they don't look very natural in my opinion and I think the regular inspiras are much softer.
I'm sorry to hear that Kate! How many months post op are you? Mine really are very soft, I'm just disappointed about the rippling. And then I have a symmetry ( my left is bottomed out and I have slight double bubble) but that's my doctors fault not the implant. My left pocket is over-dissected medially. Do you have any photos that you would like to share with us? Is your doctor going to charge you to replace them?
I'm on aug 28, met w my ps again yest. We discussed regular inspira vs the soft touch vs highly cohesive, he says he likes the regular inspira due to softness and thought I wouldn't be happy w the high chohesive, he doesn't have much experience w the soft touch but said to think of it as
Inspira 92 vs soft touch 94 vs high cohesive 96...he didn't have soft touch in office for me to feel but I felt other two and am going w his Rec of the regular inspira moderate profile so they don't look like rocks stuck to my chest
Do you have the Soft touch ones or the most cohesive? and how soft would you say they actually feel? I really want to avoid rippling but I want the most natural look and feel that I can get
Which cohesive did you do? The soft touch or the firmer one? and how soft or natural would you say they feel?
I went with the highly cohesive. He said he would have most likely used the soft touch on me, but they were not yet available in his office for use. I have zero rippling. They are on the firmer side, but my husband loves them and so do I. And my former, I don't mean hard at all haha. They are still squishy and move. I posted a video you can see of the squishiness. No one even realizes I had anything done, they think that I have naturally great perky boobs and tell me how jealous they are
Thank you! I am so nervous trying to decide because I want them to feel as close to real and look really real too but obviously rippling is dead give away!

6 weeks tomorrow!
Slowly dropping! I am absolutely loving them! They continue to get softer as the days go by. My husband also loves them! Haha. My right nipple still is weird feeling, not completely numb but not normal sensation. I read it can make several months for the feeling to return to normal. My internal sutures at my incisions haven't snapped yet like my PS said they eventually would, they need a little more time I suppose. He said once they do, my incisions should flatten out even more. I'm pleased with how small they are but I can't wait for them to be less red and noticeable. How long have they taken for other people to dissolve? He tried pressing on them to snap them but that definitely didn't feel so great so he said to just wait it out. I'm massaging 3x a day and applying scar cream 2x a day. Bought 2 new bralettes in size medium. Still have yet to get sized though. Waiting for my incisions to heal a little more because they still hurt with certain bras, so my nipple covers have been my best friends. My PS cleared me though to wear whatever I want or any do activity/exercise. No more appointments with him unless I develop any issues! By the way, I feel like my boobs look a lottttt better in person than they do in pictures. I don't know if it is the lighting or the angle but they look more torpedo-ish and pointy in pictures. I feel they are much more natural in person.

Girl they are looking so good!
Thank youu!!
Looking great! X
Thank you!a
I had same issue with sutures :/ then one day (recently) I just didn't notice them anymore. I find that some of my photo angles make them either look much smaller than they are or super huge! lol can't win . Congrats on your progress!
When I do my scar massage I can still feel them in there. I'm probably just being impatient with them haha. I looked at your profile and your results are great! You picked a perfect size I think!
Oh my gosh! They look great! I just got mine done yesterday and I hope mine look like yours!!! Yours look exactly how I want mine to look! Totally having some boob envy! Haha
Thank you!! I love mine so far! What size/style did you end up with? I hope your recovery goes smoothly!
How are you doing? I also got SCF about a month after your surgery. Just wondering if yours are softer and if they have dropped and fluffed more???
I've been meaning to post an update..I'll try to get some new pictures up tonight. They definitely are much softer and bounce going down the stairs haha. Really glad I went with this style!
If I may ask, what doctor in PA did your procedure? The results that you got are exactly what my wife is looking for. She is on the petite side, just a bit smaller than you so your profile has been a good indicator for her. Thank you and congrats on your outcome.
I ended up going to Dr. Evan Sorokin in Cherry Hill, NJ (just a fee minutes outsidr Philly). I looked in my area but found no one I was pleased with. I would definitely go back to him and am extremely happy. I plan on doing a full review at about 3-6 months when my results are more final. Hope her surgery goes well if she decides to go for it!
