Planning Buried penis surgery

Hey all. I'm in the process of finding a surgeon to complete my buried penis surgery. I've had this issue most of my life and it makes me very self conscious. I have issues fully emptying my bladder as well. Besides my penis tucking inside my body, it's normal length. I have lost weight hoping that would help, but it hasn't. I believe I will need a suspensory ligament release, liposuction, and possibly a pubic lift. I have a lot of fat stored in my pubic area (see photos) thanks a lot for stopping by my page and hopefully soon I'll have after photos :-)
