I had the procedure almost two years ago. I consulted with other professionals to have a full picture and further advice. I was instructed to wear a penis extender and use a penis pump for 6 months prior the injections. Those 6 months of exercise already provided some gains in length and thickness. It can be very uncomfortable but I actually got into the whole thing of putting some effort improving my manhood.
The procedure was quick, using a numbing cream and the whole environment was absolutely sterile. i tried to look a little bit and was quite a thrill I must say: growing before my eyes! lol.
After the injections recovery was done wearing the penis extender , bandaged, so it integrates the collagen with the fillers injected making the penis not only thicker but longer. It took 2 weeks to recover partially and 3 weeks to be safe. It felt and looked amazing.
The injection gains were modest but couple with the physical therapy, it have a satisfactory result. The filler is whoever, not permanent, so I lost much of that volume. The stretching gains nevertheless remain and I kept ding till today. Now I am looking for a much bigger volume of filler injections (40cc maybe??? lol)

I tried quite a few of both and I can tell that the extender is pretty much the standard one every time. The difference goes on the glans holding system, which depends on your shape size and skin (cut/uncut etc). You need to get used to it experimenting a lot, there is no single formula. Also something that fits still after pumping is a good idea, so you can combine the methods.I had to get extra rods sections as my penis is longer than the maximum length of the original device, but most brands sell those extra parts.
Regarding pumps you must also experiment. LA Pump is great and has a varity of sizes, so you need to figure our what fits. To really work you need to get used to it slowly, every day, until you can actually use a lot of pressure.
