Hey All! I haven't been on here in a while. Just been caught up with work and other things but just want to let you all know that I'm doing great! Im 40 lbs down already on regular foods. Very little though. It took me a while to get used to not chugging water but that's gotten a lot better. I have tolerated everything just fine. Im working out, the pain in my knee has reduced tremendously! So all in all Im doing GREAT! The Pic on the left was taken Mothers day 2015 so May 10th, the one on the right was Aug. 11 2015 (yesterday)

Hey all it will be one week post op on Wednesday and as crazy as it sounds I am 16 lbs down!!!!! I can't believe it! Saturday was my worst day with the cravings but it passed. I have maybe another week to go on clear liquids to then move on to full liquids. I will keep u all posted!!!

My appointment with my new primary is on the 17th of this Month..so hopefully she will just give the approval letter...that all I need, then I can set my date!! Gosh after reading you're already down 16 pounds!!! That's a dress size gone! That's like 5 days on a treadmill running none stop at 35 miles an hour to lose that much that quick lolol..I know you must be so happy...and you're going to continue to lose more too!! . I can't wait to be next..I'm sooo happy for you!!!

Lol Choripn. I went to see my new primary...I was like so can you just write my letter please. And ill be out of your hair lol. She looked at me like I was crazy. Then she asked what do I need to write... I think I might have blacked out. Once I came too. I went to my car..called the hospital...and told them look...you sent me to this new primary, and she's not sure of what she needs to write in this damn letter...I think my tone freaked them out. So they called her direct..so she's gonna write it after my sleep study hopefully within the next two weeks.. so until then I'm saying my goodbyes to my friends cheesecake, and chic

how fantastic! last time I did a structured diet a year and 1/2 ago I lost 17 in 4 months....that was my LAST diet, the scale went into the garbage because i had had enough!! SOOOO HAPPY for you. Hope you are doing well with overall healing as well.

Awesome!!! Your first two months will be the most difficult but will get easier. I lost my cravings for sweets after the surgery. I've lost 70 lbs in 6 months.

Out of Surgery!
Hey everyone! Thank you all for your well wishes and your prayers. My surgery went so well it's incredible! I was up and walking the same day. My surgeon Dr. Sosa was amazing as well as his team. I am so grateful for them to have made this surgery the best possible. I did have a bad time waking up and still being intubated. That was a very nasty feeling but it's his protocol so it had to be done. I was intubated for about 45 min after being taken out of anesthesia, so fully awake trying not to freak out was a little hard. Other than that I'm very good. I'm on all clear liquids, and I get discharged tomorrow God willing.
