I couldn't be happier with my results from Dr. Hamza. The symmetry is perfect, and the implants are completely undetectable — even up close. He was incredibly thorough from the first consultation through to post-op care, making sure every detail was just right. If you're considering male pec implants, Dr. Hamza is the best in the field. I am considering pectoral implants. Not to have a massive body builder chest ( I am only 5ft 8. And already have a 44” chest. But I am barrel chested and and hoping to add. Some definition to my chest and hopefully have a note masculine and athletic appearance. I am struggling to find a good surgeon in London many advertise the procedure but in reality have only done it a. Purple of times. The research suggest. Research the surgeon Asking how many of they procedure have they done and before and after pics. But NONE. Of the surgeons seem to be able to answer those questions

Hey, yes I do have before and after photos—happy to share via DM.
I worked out regularly before the surgery but wanted more chest definition and a more athletic look, similar to what you're describing. No major complications, just some tightness and swelling early on.
I went with my surgeon because he had a solid portfolio of male chest procedures to show. He was more expensive, but the results made it worth it.
