Results are great loving it haven't been this small since 2008. Stomach still gets swollen so I still wear garment or highwaisted bottoms about 12 to 18 hours a day which is cool because I'm maxing my results. I haven't worked out yet and I don't do a diet. I just don't eat a lot of fry food drink plenty of water but everything else is the same. I had my drains from my reduction removed thank God those things are the worst. It didn't hurt when they took it out

Breast reduction done at VA hospital
OK sorry I've been gone had my breast reduction on Wednesday thru military VA hospital. Reduction wasnt bad I was a Lil sore but was fine. Stomach still swollen a Lil but not sore.

Your stomach looks amazing!! For only 18 days!! Wowzer. Any tips. Would you've considered yourself plus size and overweight before?
Thank you.... I would definitely use high waist bottoms after the surgery they really helped to max my results.. I can't do a diet lol I love food but what I did was monitor portions I eat more seafood and fruits than anything else eat less sugar ... Im 5'2 was 192 now im 185 pounds Im definitely overweight out of shape... I'm about to get back on my phentermine weight loss pills I was just too scared to take them pain medication together

Chile that looks great i lost 100lbs but have low hanging stomach im truly considering this
I had really damaged skin so any time I lost weight my skin looks loose ... The doc said I might need Tummy tuck but you can see it tightened my skin really good even tho its still swollen I might have to get my bellybutton reformed but I don't think I need a tummy tuck now
I agree good thing you didn't mix the two! But you lost a lot after surgery; prob from eating less I would say!! I'm getting a full body suit since I'm doing my inner thighs, entire back, and arms and abs
Yes I feel way lighter now my shirts fit really loose at the bottom.... Make sure you buy like two

Sorry late update
So everything has been great still a Lil sore. Went to my follow up appt. Doc said everything looked good. My struggle is getting in and out the car but other than that ive been doing regular activities. I do Lil workouts like squats wall pushups 30 sec planks walking .
