Pain was not as bad, it was so worth it for me because I was always trying to get back in shape after my babies which weight was no problem it was my stomach and I had stomach pains, I would go to the Dr and couldn't find anything wrong because they were only looking for a hernia which I did not have . Not until 13 years of going back and telling the Dr that I wanted other test done and then that's when they finally found that I had my stomach muscle ripped apart.
