23 Yr Old No Kids Bbl

Ok so i am 4 days post op and i feel like i am still fat like i see the difference in my butt but it looks too high i heard its going to fall thats why they put ut hugh lije that put dors any one know if thats true? And i feel like i still have a fupa lol but thats where the incisions were placed so is that just swelling? Im just so nervous about it all
