Hello everyone! I have been waiting for so long to do this and I'm finally taking the plunge! I've known since a young age I would never grow boobs and while I wished and wished, I always knew I'd get implants someday. Being very slender, Asian and a ballet dancer for most of my life, beautiful full breasts just weren't in the cards for me.
I am 5'6", 105lbs, 32AA, very narrow frame. Hoping for a full C, (a little bigger would be amazing if possible, but my expectations are being managed since I'm so tiny width-wise). Decided with my surgeon on round, textured, high profile, cohesive gel implants. At my pre-op sizer appointment I tried 350cc's and somewhere between 350 and 400cc's. My PS said he'd start at 350 and go bigger if he could, while still maintaining a beautiful aesthetic. My surgery date is set for April 6th and I am less than 2 weeks away! It snuck up on me so quickly and now the excitement is really hitting me. Reading all of your journeys has been so inspiring and amazing for me, I hope mine can be a positive factor for someone else as well. As excited as I am, I'm starting to get a leeetle nervous. Recovery time/pain, end result size, etc. I'm sure some nerves are normal, and I am grateful my excitement is outweighing everything else at the moment.

I am so excited for you. The nervousness is natural but you'll be fine. The pain is very controlled with meds and will be minimal after the first two days. I am 5'5", 140 pounds and got 400CC. I absolutely love my girls and wish I would have gotten them sooner. Best of luck to you.

Hi renee985, i had mine done in january 2016, and going back on april 1st (yikes! this friday) to go bigger. I had gotten the 520 cc's silicone moderate profile under the muscle, and you can't even tell I've had a BA :( then with clothes... it's not noticeable at all. I'm going with either 650, 700, or 750. The wish boobs you have are definitely not going to get you what you want with those cc's you have chosen. Are you going under the muscle? you will lose even more cc's under the muscle.

Oh my gosh, good luck! I can't wait to hear that you're thrilled with your results. Yes I'm going under the muscle. Sadly after my measurements were taken my surgeon told me he wasn't able to fit larger sized implants. I've accepted my body is how it is, and am happy to just finally get boobs, even if they're on the small side. I have very very very little breast tissue, practically no fat on my body, extremely narrow and am long and lean. My natural build just isn't conducive to the the size I really want :(

So excited for you! I'm turning 30, no kids and decided now is the time! 1 week and 1 day post-op! I'm 5'5" 130lbs and I went with 350cc! I love it! Just getting tad impatient to go shopping and working out again!

Thank you and congratulations! I'm so happy for you that you had a great experience and are loving your results. Rest, you'll be working out before you know it, I know I'll struggle with that too. Shopping will be amazing! Since you're in the Paramus area I'm sure you'll be hitting GSP super soon!

I'm actually at Jersey City. Closer to Manhattan than I am Paramus! And been dying to head to the city to shop at VS!!!!!!

Good luck! I, like you am very narrow. I'm 5'2 117lbs
At my consultation my dr suggested 480cc or 520 cc and told me I could choose between moderate plus or high profile. I currently only have 80cc breasts.. With lots of skin from breastfeeding. I'm also getting a lift. What profile are you getting?

Thank you so much! Moderate plus were not an option for me, they would not fit width-wise on my chest, so I'm getting high profile. Good luck to you as well! I wish I could have 480cc's! You go girl, you're going to look amazing.

You surgery was the same date as me right? Today April 6th? I also got it done in pearl river, ny!! By Dr. fiorillo and I'm so happy with my choice to go to him! I hope you are doing well! Hope I can see an update from you soon!

You look gorgeous girlie! Dr. Fiorillo did mine in the same day! I live in NYC so the ride home wasn't a fun one and my recovery hasn't been as smooth, but I'm feeling better today. I will post updates and pics soon.

I read your review, OMG I went bananas getting a medical clearance too. I'm an actress and travel a lot for work. I was in LA almost a full week later than originally planned and almost didn't get back in time to get the blood work done. I didn't even get my meds til late night before surgery date, yikes! I'm so happy we're happy, rock on boobie sister! (Btw I'm so envious of your cc size, I don't have children snd never had breasts ever, so i had nothing prior to work with :( but I'm very happy now lol). You look amazing, hope to see you soon!

Right! hahaha I washed mine just incase I wanna go on a hot date sometime ;^) and holy crapola the dang medical clearance was one of the most stressful parts! But I'm thankful that Dr. F & his anesthesiologist (wish I could remember her name bc she was so great) are very thorough, kinda made me feel safer, u know? My next appt to get stiches out is April 21st! Maybe ill see you? I went to my first post op yesterday but didn't update yet I gotta go get on that lols. What cc size did you end up getting? He said he def wouldn't have been able to fit anymore than 450 for me but I didn't want huge anyway so it's good. Really, he could have gotten 350 in there & I woulda been happy bc empty skin bags are just ew lol.

I had my post op visit two days after surgery on Friday the 8th. I get my stitches removed I believe the 18th, but I'm not 110% positive on that. I believe I got 385cc's on both sides. I'm awful, everyone knows every detail about what they got and I just kind of coasted through lol. I knew Dr. F and staff would make the best choices regarding what could fit and give me the best shape. I really wanted bigger but I had to accept my stats as they are and be grateful I could get what I did. It's amazing how people can have similar stats but end up with such different sizes due to existing measurements and skin, etc.

Yes it really is amazing. Hey, he's a good doc and has a great team so you made the right choice in my opinion because you didn't have to stress about every little detail! I trusted them but I have always had trust issues and had everyone telling me to make sure I make it known exactly what I want, so thats what I did lol. They should have given you an envelope when u went home on the day of surgery with your implant cards in them. I didn't know exactly what style I got until I saw the cards! I think 385cc is pretty good size! You only have 65cc less than I do, so a couple tablespoons aren't too much of a difference =)

Lol they probably gave me the cards but I wasn't exactly - "with it" upon leaving haha. Still groggy and whatnot. I completely understand the trust issue thing plus this is a HUGE thing. I struggle with what brand of pasta to buy at the market, and that doesn't even matter. This is major surgery that will alter our appearance and self esteem so you SHOULD be as careful as you were. I made my wishes clearly known in my pre-op visits and we chose three prospective sizes. I told him to make the best choice with the sizers when he put them in. This way I knew I'd love any of the sizes. How are you feeling? Tomorrow is our 1 week boobiversary!

Feeling pretty good considering its only day 6. My insicions just started to get itchy today and burn a little. And the bloating is the worst part I think lol. How about u? Yaya 1 week went by quick!

Same! My incisions are itchy and I hate the bloating. I took myself off the pain meds and switched to Tylenol that helped the bloating a bit but sheesh. I miss my abs lol. I'm feeling very very tight and uncomfortable but each day will get better. We are over the hardest part. Now we just have to enjoy feeling better and our new additions :)

Yeah I stopped the main meds yesterday and tylenol really does work!! Can't lie though, the muscle relaxers are still helping out too lol. Are u having a hard time sleeping at all? I can fall asleep so fast but wake up between 3:30-5am every day. It was actually one of my goals to wake up at 5am n work out in the morning instead of in the middle of the day but I cant work out yet lol. So morning boobie photo shoot it is lol. Def taking a nap later though =) so happy to hear you are feeling good and enjoying your new girls =)
