Pearl Fusion Laser - not deep enough to do anything for aging wrinkles

Wanted to get rid of ageing wrinkles. Specially round chin and mouth. I’m 61.
This laser was recommended for me.
Am very disappointed with the results- still have same wrinkles and can’t see any difference. This laser is good for improving skin tone so gives you a fresh glow and that’s about it. Is not deep enough to do anything for aging wrinkles AT ALL!!!!!!! Total waste of so much money $2500.
