15 weeks post op

Hell all you lovely people-
I've again hit a stall. I am and have been stuck at 222-220 for the last month. I go down to 220 and back up to 222 my nutritionist and surgeon say that I am soon well. But I feel like I should be down more than 30 lbs by now. It's very frustrating, I don't know how to get the scale to go down. The Nutrionist said not worry on my calories intake cause it should not be much either way. But I am not sure cause the scale is not moving. Either way I am greatful for my journey.

6 weeks post up

Hello all,
I am at my 6 weeks today I am down 251.4 to 226.4 losing 25 lbs.
I was on a stall from weeks 4-5 with no weight loss. So today when I weighted myself and saw that I had lost 4 lbs I was to happy.
I have started working out - Zumba, walking, px90 and Jillian micheals 30 day Shared. Trying yo working out 3x a week. So far so good, I find that when I work out I sweat so much it's crazy. But I like the feeling when I am done. I am also still trying to get all my protein and food in. That I can say is still a struggle. I don't know when I am over eating or when I should stop. So what I am trying to do now is 2 protein shakes as main meals and one meal, and slowly add back meals. Because I feel lost on foods to eat and quantity. I am also measuring things to help me get an understanding on how much my body can take to get full. I don't want to start to over eat and stretch my stomach out again, so I am trying to be very cautious of the amount of food I eat, plus it hurts when I have over eaten and it takes a long time to go down.
Let me know if you ladies have the same issues- love hearing from all of you. Still not ready to share pictures as no one knows I had this surgery- didn't want to deal with others expectations or drama. My immediate family is aware and they are all happy for me and encouraging but besides them no one knows.

Week 4/5

On my 4/5 week post op- and I'm not sure I am losing enough weight. So far I have lost 20lbs since my post op. I was 251 and am now playing between 230 and 228. It's very frustrating - not sure if I am over eating or what. I've been eating more solid foods like chicken, meat all soft but not really seeing the weight lose. Any suggestions on how or what I should do?
I'm trying to do my protein shake in the mornings but by lunch time I start to get very gassy and uncomfortable until I eat something. And then I feel better.
Any suggestions on receipes or how to get over this hump? I also started Zumba today and that was great! I have never sweat as much as I did today I felt great afterwards.
