Well its been 4 days since the treatment. Because I could not leave the fluid build up in sacs as I did in the first treatment (to painful and to much downtime) I have relieved the fluid by sterile needles. The only difference I notice now is the itching. It is horrible. So bad it woke me up at 3:30 this morning. I relieve more fluid build up and have been on benedryl since the treatment and now just applied a prescription strength steroid cream (similar to hydrocortision but stronger), along with an ice pack. It seems to now have calmed down a bit with an ice pack on top of that. The itching was so intense I was so close to damaging the treatment area. This seems as a temp relief and my do it again if it acts up

Hi, I had my 7th treatment last month. This time I was offered to cool down my arm with the air cooler after treatment to reduce the pain, for the first time, and for the first time I had no blistering. So you may want to try that next time. I am removing a tattoo on my inner arm and it does hurt a lot so I would agree with you re: inside of legs and arms being more painful. I had lots of itching the first couple of times when I wasn't applying anything during the first week or so, then I started to use an antiseptic cream on the blisters and once healed I moisturised as normal. That made a huge difference. Good luck :)

That looks pretty painful. Before my sessions, I wrap my tattoos in numbing cream for about 2 hours prior. It really helps minimize the pain. And after my treatments, I use Bactine spray (otc). It also helps with the pain, and reduces the development of blistering. Good luck. PicoSure is definitely worth it.

Hmm.....doctor said just to put some Eurimicin (not sure on the spelling of the cream) cream on it, wouldn't bactine spray burn?

the other half of my tattoo (consisted of 4 daises) vs 5 like the first visit, went smoother. Even with the pain. I sure that the inner portions of your arms and legs are more sensitive then the outside areas of the your leg and arms, and I can only guess that is the reason. I had no reaction. No fluid build up with bubbles or, scabs or anything......just noticing that the pigment is dissolving. Very little ankle swelling. Over all great treatment- Nothing like the first one. I'll post pics soon.
