Images after reconstructive revision rhinoplasty surgery

So happy!!!
I have had my 2nd revision surgery which involved full nose reconstruction using ear graft from my right ear last Wednesday 15th August 2018. My surgery was quite extensive taking 4 hours, Dr Nettle following my surgery advised he addressed each of the issues we had discussed and he feels he has nailed it. Honestly my nose looks great of what I can see through the cast now and I can see my previously botched and overreduced tip has been beautifully brought upward forward and nicely rebuilt, my previously flaring nostrils have been brought in nicely too.
I am currently on day 4 post op and have been chilling and resting up at home just
keeping my head elevated 30 degress or more up at all times getting fresh air and nurturing my body with a highly nutritious anti inflammatory soft food diet including plenty of protein, fresh pineapple, and predominantly citrus and green juices.
My nose pain is improving daily and is quite bearable and under control with my prescription medications. It just feels naturally a bit tight, itchy and stuffy really mimicking a heavy flu like symptom so I am breathing mainly through mouth, it is all about patience and time now.
Dr Nettle actually took ear cartilidge from my right ear and actually I was warned the ear will be quite tender and more pian here than the nose, very true.
My surgeon and anaesthetist and the entire Dr Nettle nursing team have been wonderful in calling and checking in on me daily.
Both my cast and stitches are coming off in just over 24 hours in the morning of next Monday 20th August.
In the coming weeks and months I shall keep you updated and post images of my progress and updates.
