WORTH IT$14,000
I was on fmla for 8 weeks and today is my 2nd day back to work. Im doing ok but I'm a nurse and the standing is a lot right now. I have lost 18 lbs since my surgery and I have retained my energy even though I am still nauseous a lot of the time so I don't eat much. Now that I am seeing the results of my surgery I am even more happy that I did it but I see where I might need some lipo on my upper back. If my continued weight loss doesn't take the fat away I'll be getting lipo in a few months! Here's a pic of me at my 1st day back to work...what do you think!

My general surgeon says I can resume all duties as of 12/28/15 Im happy with my results so far. There's still swelling and a little pain and itching every now and again but overall I have done very well. My back and hip pain have returned so I'll be paying a visit to the orthopedist on 1/06/16. I'll post some pictures soon to show off my flat tummy! Happy healing and merry christmas to everybody!

This is a short video of my healing wounds just 10 days post op. Remember i had 2 surgeries in 1. A huge 6 inch umbilical hernia repair that was fixed with abdominalplasty and a panniculectomy. It took about 5 hours to complete my operation and I came out of the OR with 4 drains and a pain pump. Thankfully I've had few complications. Other than being allergic to the meds, adhesives and tubing I've done pretty well. I hope this video helps someone and answers any questions. Happy healing!
