I originally met with Jacque, the doctor, about possibly having my procedure done at L.A. Hair Clinic a couple of months ago. Upon entering the office, I couldn't help but notice how beautiful and CLEAN everything was. It felt like walking into a beautifully decorated cottage! I was greeted by the technician, Flora, at the front desk and she made me feel instantly comfortable and taken care of. Jacque spent at least 45 minutes discussing the procedure and mapping out where the grafts might possibly go on my head, something that none of the other clinics I had visited prior had done for me. Up until that point, I wasn't 100% comfortable or knowledgeable about FUE and I had yet to make up my mind about going through with the procedure. After that initial meeting with Jacque, I was instantly ready to go and booked my appointment for 2 months from that day. Arriving in the morning on the day of the procedure, my whole team (1 doctor and 5 technicians) was waiting for me, prepped and ready to start. During the procedure, they were all incredibly nice, chatting with me and putting me at ease during times that I might have otherwise panicked (I.e. When I began bleeding excessively, when the building had a power outage due to excessive winds in the middle of phase 1, etc.). During the extraction phase, the doctor (Jacque Abrahamian) and one technician (John) were in charge of the extraction and two technicians (Thalma & Hector) were sorting the grafts into groups and counting them. During the design phase, Jacque and Hector were in charge of the design. The team were extremely collaborative in asking my opinions about what I want in a hairline as well as giving me their opinions and providing me with important information regarding my hairline so I could make an educated decision. After the team provided me with a steak and potatoes lunch (wow!) we entered the implanting phase in which flora, Thelma, john, and hector all assisted. By this time, we had spent hours upon hours together and you think we would be sick of each other but it was quite the reverse. We sat and talked, laughed, watched YouTube, and Netflix and it might as well have been a get together of old friends. The bottom line is, Jacque and the team at L.A. Hair Clinic genuinely care about your babies (grafts!). They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. I would not have wanted my procedure to be done anywhere else with anyone else. I am very grateful for this hard working and extremely caring group of professionals. Thank you LA Hair Clinic.
