Amazing surgeon and team. Pre surgical review was detailed and thorough- all of my concerns were addressed. The outcome was clearly explained to me. On the day of surgery I felt totally confident in the team caring for me and Mr Rasheed visited me on the ward twice post operatively to discuss results and follow up. He was totally professional and as a doctor myself I was 100% happy with the care that I received. I would definitely recommend this surgeon to others.

6 weeks post op

The nipplette is working- wearing it all day then removing at night. Nipples starting to stay outwards more than in now! Feeling good! Back to full exercising and back to normal really!

You look amazing! :)
Thanks- just very flat! But he warned me that's what would happen! People (esp make work colleagues) keep looking at me like something is different but not sure what!! Ha ha need to get the padded bras ordered now!
Ps I read ur comments about cars being hard. Mine were and have really softened now with some massage every couple of days so don't worry x
Scars!!!
Yes,! they feel better, apparently I should be doing it 6 times a day!! But I can't just pop my tit out at work/bus/shop/friends house and give myself a massage LOL
Three times a day should be enough methinks.
Exactly! I have done it every other day- I've been rubbish! What with massage and attaching the nipple suckers when they lose suction! Not enough hours in the day for all the tit attention!!

Follow up with surgeon at 4 weeks

Saw my consultant surgeon tonight and all is going well. He is happy with how the scars are healing and had told me to massage them and the breasts to soften up the scar tissue. Suggested the niplette for my inverted nips. Said that should work if I can wear them comfortably. My nipples are now super sensitive when they do stick out which is odd. Will let you know how I get on with them!

You look amazing! I am so happy for you. I just had mine out 3 days ago and they are not looking so good. Hoping they fill out a bit.
I've been using Nipplette! It works. But I have no feeling in mine so it doesn't hurt.
You are looking great! I wonder if the internal stitches that you had take longer to heal as well?
Yes he did say they will look wrinkly until my body absorbs all the internal sutures. The right one has always looked worse and more wrinkly. They are def improving slowly though.he said 3-6 months of lots of massage now. And nipplettes on order- mine are mega sensitive since op so I may not cope with them - or may walk around in a state of constant arousal. lol xx
How are you doing? :)
Hey- I'm good thanks- how are you? Fully recovered now and pretty much back to full fitness. X
That's ace! I wonder if it'll be the same for me, how long until you resumed to normal activities? I'm on my 3rd week after and I overdid the cleaning a bit yesterday. I'm starting to feel a bit depressed I need to do something physical
