22, Female Rhinoplasty - Interstate Patient and Was Well Worth the Travel. Best Decision to Chose Dr Moradi As Surgeon - Sydney

Ive always felt self conscious about the size and width of my nose. After extensive research i decided to 'shop around' so to speak and contacted a few practises about their methods, prices etc. First off, Dr Moradi was the first surgeon to respond, First tick. Not only did i love that he was prompt in replying, but did he did so PERSONALLY, and he was direct in answering my questions and outlining the costs for open tip surgery. As i am from canberra and he is in Sydney, i was grateful he was upfront with explaining the cost as a lot of surgeons don't say their prices, and won't reveal them until you have a consult. as someone who was going to have to travel interstate this was a MASSIVE tick in my books. I confirmed that i would like to meet him and have a consult and what did he do? he scheduled a Skype appointment so i didn't have to travel! In the mean time i did some research on him and was so impressed with all the work he had done and all the rave reviews i was certain he was the surgeon for me! After the consult i booked in with the practise manager for my surgery date. I am a dancer and had performances coming up and so had to be particular in when i scheduled my surgery, i then got a new job and had to reschedule the surgery AGAIN - not to worry though, Kelly was incredible and very considerate and accommodated all my changes so pleasantly and promptly. (second big tick!)
I went to sydney for my 3d image scans and Dr Moradi was again amazing. He explained the procedure so eloquently and simply that i didn't feel confused or unsure, it all made perfect sense.

The day of the surgery - this was where i really knew id made the right decision in choosing Dr Moradi as my surgeon. I was first on the list for surgery which meant an early start! As i waited in the pre-op room with all the other patients waiting to have surgeries done at the private hospital i began to get a little nervous, but then in walked Dr Moradi. he came in to see me, to meet my mum and just to re-talk through what he was going to do that day. He sat down and had a 5 minute chat with me. No one else's Dr had come in and seen them that morning, they'd all just met their surgeon on the operating table, but Dr moradi came and saw me! I was then greeted by him again in the operating theatre before i was put to sleep for my surgery. That afternoon when i was in my hospital room (i was staying overnight) he visited me again to tell me how the surgery went. He then saw me a following time the next morning before i was discharged from hospital and reminded me that i could email him at any time with any questions or concerns and he would reply ASAP. I felt so lucky and grateful id found a surgeon who cared so much and genuinely was excited for me. I felt he wasn't just doing a surgery and then was done, he was honestly there every step of the way.
I am so happy with the decision i made in choosing Dr Moradi as my surgeon, and i would recommend him to anyone and everyone. He not only does an incredible job, but he makes your experience memorable for all the right reasons.
