Breast Lift Without Implants

Dr. Boyd was very professional and reassuring when it came to my breast lift. He did not recommend a lift and implants at the same time to ensure I did not lose blood supply to the nipples. The lift looks great and I could not be more happy with the results. Now that I want implants, he seems to be pushing me to get saline implants, but I want silicone. I told him I wanted upper pole and cleavage, and he told me that I need to have realistic expectations, and said saline would be a better choice for that, but my anatomy would determine the outcome. I have cleavage now, but since my nipples are more lateral now (they were centered prior to pregnancy and sagging) my breasts slope laterally with most of my breast tissue at the nipple and the sides of my breasts. I have seen women with comparable breasts and no cleavage get a good result, so why couldn't I? So even though I have a surgery date set in September, I have decided to get a second opinion from a plastic surgeon in Nashville. I tried on sizers and think 400cc range round smooth Mentor Memory gel implants under the muscle are a good size. He said my chest would require more volume since my base measures 14.5 cm and from IF to nipple 7.5 cm. I do not want high profile implants. Maybe moderate plus. I do not want to be bigger than a DD and I am a C+ now. 44 years old 155 Lbs. 5'5".

I now have implants. I couldn't be happier!!! I just got them yesterday on 09/12/18. I am high and tight. I just feel like I have had a good upper body workout. No pain, just soreness. Dr. Hueneke did a fantastic job. If you live close to Nashville, I highly recommend him. He called me the day of surgery to check on me.
