The swelling is starting to get soo much better. I can sleep normal now( on my stomach, sides, etc.) I'm not allowed to do any abdominal exercises yet.
I wear my cg to work some days but not the majority of days. I do however wear at night.
I've tried kelocote on my scar and bio oil. However, the scar away silicone sheets are by far the best so I'm going to stick to using them.

My TT post 4 Weeks
I'm back in the gym doing cardio to build up my endurance. Still have swelling but scar looks great.
I've been massaging myself daily. That helps a lot.

4weeks back to cardio? That's so good! When did they take out the drains and how were the initial few days/week post op?
I had my drains taken out 8 days post op. It seemed early compared to a lot of others posts.
The initial days post op weren't terrible. You sleep a lot because of the pain meds which is super important to stay on. The most pain I experienced was from my back. Walking hunched over like that is sooooooo painful on your back. That's the only thing holding you up. The drain sites burned and hurt at time but I tell ya, that back pain was miserable. Once you begin to walk upright it's all uphill with minor obstacles.
I will be 6 weeks post op on Thursday. My stomach is finally getting flatter. I was real flat the last 3 days but woke up a bit swollen today.
I can sleep on my stomach and sides now though my stomach sleeping causes me to forget not to engage my core when I get up so I think I'll leave that alone a while longer.

Oh and i think it was 8 days. Can't remember but it was definitely on the more early side
Thanks! From what I see, Dr. Parker is ahead of the curve when it comes to bouncing back from surgery. I hope I will follow suit. How many lymphatic massages did you have and did they help?
I had 3 and they make all the difference in the world!
May I ask you, did you have the choice of drains or TT without drains? (relativealy new procedure)
2) Who gave you the lymphathic massages? Can you recommend?
