I went to Dr. Garner when I was 21 years old in 2003 and got saline implants, since I had always been flat I got pretty small implants I believe overfilled to 325 cc implants that brought me to a full b small C... 12 years later and it was time for a refresh I wanted to go bigger and since I had always been complimented on how natural my first set were went back to Dr. gartner. he is very personable and knowledgeable and answers all questions. this time I decided on silicone implants to improve the feel. I am now currently a dd and still get how natural they look from everyone including medical professionals.
