I have wanted larger fuller breasts for a few years. I had a breast augmentation under local anesthesia which I was very happy with because I get nauseous from general anesthesia. I had no side effects and I was back to work within a week. I had my surgery six weeks ago and I am VERY pleased with the outcome!!

Dr. Gartner is wonderful! From my first consultation I was very comfortable with him. He explains everything in detail each time you see him. Before surgery he comes in and explains everything to you once again. He follows up after surgery to see how you are doing and he is available if you have any questions or concerns. I wouldn't go to any other surgeon, he is the best!
