Very happy with how my breast aug turned out. Dr. Parakh and staff are very personable and friendly. I had no issues after surgery and amazingly small and thin scars. I went under the breast fold. I am 5'6" 145 lbs with an athletic build. I went with round silicone 415cc HP implants under the muscle. I do not think the implant is too large or fake looking for my frame. Very happy with how perfect and symmetrical they came out.
