It's been about 2 months. And I feel am completely happy with the surgery. The shape of my eyes are finally back to what they were. I no longer feel my stitches under my eyelids. I look much younger and less tired. Very little lose skin. I can smile now and it worry I'll have a bunch of lose skin under my eyes. I wear little to no make up now. It's amazing. I feel so good.. I have had surgeries before but This surgery took the longest to heal.. if you decide to get Thai surgery be patient. It will take 2-3 months to see results.

This is my second surgery with Dr. Commons. I can't image going to another doctor. I trust him because he is so experienced. He never once made me feel uncomfortable. He simply listened to what I had to say with no Judgement and did has never pressured me into anything or try to up sell me by pointing other "problem areas" like other doctors. So far I am still healing from my surgery, but so far so good.

Fantastic results! Did you have any fat removed or repositioned?

Your eyes look beautiful now! I’m glad you posted about being patient with the healing process. I had surgery about 3 1/2 weeks ago and I’m still having tightness and dryness in my eyes but one worse than the other. I’m hoping it will get better as I haven’t been able to wear my contacts and I have a particular vision problem that makes it hard for eye correction w/o glasses and they are not working. It’s very upsetting.

I am still healing. For anyone that wants to do this sugery please be aware that the healing will takes months not weeks. My under eye lids are sensitive that is why I know I'm still healing. My incision is still slightly noticable. I believe there is still some swelling on my eye lids as well as my eyes. Everyday notice my eyes aren't as droopy as it was. I hoping after all the healing my beautiful almond shaped eyes will return to its normal shape. As of now my eye shape is more round. I also noticed I have dark circles under my lids which I didn't have before. I hope that dies away because I ever had dark circles under my eye. Maybe it's just the skin under neath my eyes that are still recovering that is making the skin appear darker around my eyes.

I think the result is amazing and you're right, it's gonna take months to heal fully but you can see it's progressing well. I bet you're pleased with your decision to go through with the surgery!

Of course only what you think matters but I see more of an almond shape than round. You have very pretty eyes.

Your eyes are beautiful. I don't think they look round either. But I know that you would notice any little difference in the shape of them. Maybe the darkness you see under your eyes is bruising? I am a lot older then you, had my lower lids done 15 years ago and my bruising was terrible for over 6 weeks.

I am having upper and lower done in June. My doctor says it will take about 3 months to see the results, so please be patient a little longer. I think your eyes look beautiful! Congratulations!

I feel bipolar. every night I feel amazing and so pleased with the results but when I wake up I feel like I made a big mistake and destroyed the shape of my eyes which I loved.. as much improvement as I see my almond shaped eyes are uneven and round.. until I the the shape of my eyes return I don't think I can be completely satisfied. Anyhow enough of my ranting.. my skin under my eye I finally smoothed out. I used Eucerin ointment. It worked over night. I recommend it to anyone.

Many thanks for posting. I had the upper bleph done in Jan and thinking about lower bleph now. I know what you mean about changes to the eye shape. Mine has improved but it is different & I didn't expect that. Probably the upper bleph makes more change than the lower. Hope everything continues to go well for you!

You look amazing. Be kind to yourself. Remember it was only 2 weeks since surgery at this point. Hope there has been some improvement. I'm sure it takes time. Keep us updated
