Why Doesn't my Boobs Look Bigger in my Clothing? Was 36A, 520 cc's 5' 2" 150 Lbs. January 13th BA - Palo Alto, CA

I'm a little disappointed that you can't even tell...

I'm a little disappointed that you can't even tell that I had a BA...well at least with clothing on. Naked I could tell the difference. I've always been flat chested and so insecure about it. I used to buy any extra option possible to make it look like I had boobs, when buying bras when I was a size 36A, and sometimes a 36AA depending on the style or brand. I would buy super thick padded push up bras that would say the word "MIRACLE" or something of that sort! Hmmmm? I keep second guessing if I should have gone bigger, but I am now 2 weeks post op, and they still haven't fallen or fluffed into place yet. I know I have to be patient. I think also because I'm on the heavy side, it isn't so noticeable, I am working damn hard on this now that I have a little more confidence in myself... Uggg... I wanted something that was super noticeable. Is anyone still getting that weird "electric surge" every so often? I'm getting it mostly just on my left boob.... and my nipples are extremely sensitive. Anyone else feeling down about their size? Or feeling like me? Oh WOW! I forgot to mention, I have been rotating my night time bra supports, and they are fine, but I was using them during the day at first... but I needed to get something other than using those support bras... I took a trip to Victoria's Secret... and some of you may already know this, but I've always purchased my bras at either Walmart, Target, or Kohls, whichever place had coupons, or sales... I was told NOT to buy any bras just yet because everything needs to settle, drop, and fluff, but after finding out the return policy at Victoria's Secret, I ended up buying 2 bras to wear during the day. They also made sure that I didn't choose anything with underwire... they knew what kind of bra I would be comfortable with... well that's a given because that's their specialty, and they see so many women come with that had BA surgery. Their return policy is as long as you have the paper receipt, you could use, wash, or do whatever you want with the bra, and you have a no hassle 90 day return policy... but like I said... ONLY WITH THE RECEIPT!, no receipt no full refund or exchange! I had to ask every employee as I was shopping, and I even asked the manager! I was amazed... so I ended up getting fitted, and I used to be a 36A/36AA and now fitting in a 36DD, no underwire and hardly any padding, I needed a little bit of padding for my nipples, they are huge? But it doesn't look like I'm a DD in my clothes. Maybe because of the MIRACLE padding and push up bras I used to use, made me look like I had bigger boobs? LOL... I just wanted to add this note... because for me that was a score at Victoria's secret! and it felt so good, to shop for a bigger bra size. I feel more comfortable during the day in these bras, and knowing as my boobs start doing their thing... then I could get different bras, with no hassle at VS. Tell me your thoughts!

My PS is the bomb! She is only a text away! I wasn't really able to see how I would look, like some of the posts that I've read had the option of virtual imaging, of what their BA would like like with certain sizes, projections, etc. I wish I was able to see that. I feel that I am being boob greedy? She reassured me that things will look much different as they fluff and settle, I'm really impatient...
