I have been wanting a breast augmentation for YEARS, but have always put it off to the side because I didn't feel it was financially responsible. Finally, I've decided to do it for myself, and I couldnt be more excited! My physician is Dr Daryl Hoffman, he was my number one choice from the start. I did endless amounts of research, even with doctors out of state. But as soon as I stepped foot in my consultation I knew, he was the ONE! The consultation went so well, he told me honest expectations as I am quite physically active and muscular, I showed him photos of what I like, and he promised to do the best he could, but obviously he couldnt predict how much he could fill the implant with until surgery, and seeing how tight the muscle really is. Regardless, I'm looking to go about 550-600 ccs, high profile round natrelle saline. I'm hoping he can fit as close to that as possible! My surgery is scheduled for April 2nd and my pre op is coming up on Monday, March 16th. I can't WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey congrats on your upcoming surgery date! I'm going in exactly one week after you. .... I was wondering - you mentioned [and your awesome physique totally shows :-) in your before pix] that you're really physically active and muscular; did your doctor mention any fitness limitations with the 550-600cc range? Will you still be able to work out the same? Do all the same lifts, pull-ups, push-ups, etc??

Hi!! Thank you :) you know, he did only mentioned the size limitation because of the tight chest muscle. I haven't worked out my chest since my first consultation! Lol but to be honest, I see a lot of fitness models with big boobs (just check out Michelle lewin) and they seem to have no problem at all. Of course, I don't know if the implants are over or under the muscle or what size they are exactly, although they look very big. I will ask him however and let you know!

How are you doing? Would you be so kind to post updated pictures? I have a very similar body shape as yours so would love to see your final result so I can decide on my final size. Thank you!

PreOp done, 600cc (hopeful) Mentor implants

I had my pre op today, once I was shown to the room, had my "before" photos taken and blood pressure recorded, I was left alone to play with sizers. Although I thought I wanted the 500-550 range, my surgeon walked in and smiled at my childlike excitement and told me I should definitely try a larger size than I think. So once I popped the 600cc sizer in my shirt, va va boom! I fell in love. It gave the curvaceous figure I was looking for. Again, he did warn me he can't predict how tight the chest muscle would be and how much saline he would actually be allowed to put in there but he assured me it would be as close to my ideal size as he could possibly get. He noted the asymmetry in my breasts, took many notes, wrote out prescriptions for Percocet, Valium, phenergen (for nausea) and keflex for antibiotic. Since I have never taken Percocet before he told me to try one before surgery to ensure there would be no adverse side effects. (I guess I know what I'll be doing tonight! Lol) he also told me to feel free to take ONE Valium (muscle relaxer) the morning of the surgery but that was up to me. Other than that it was the rest of the litany of surgery precautions, no blood thinners, no birth control, etc etc and what to do the morning of. The next 2 and a half weeks are going to go by sooooo slowly!!
