Happy anniversary to my breast implants!!! LOL. I’m very happy with them. It doesn’t even feel like I have fake boobs. They are very natural for my body type IMO. They don’t look fake or too big esp with clothes on. I wear a 32C bra. My nipples are uneven but I think they were like that even before I had surgery. I wish they stayed a little high for the pushup look so that I won’t even need to wear pushup anymore. Again, my implants are Natrelle 385cc silicone under the muscle.

So you ended at a 32C? I know you said 32D/DD so just checking! I’m going for a consult tomorrow and just trying to figure out what size! I really want to stay around a C
My friend got me a t-shirt bra 32D and it fits good still! So I'm like a big C or D. But I like wearing 32C from VS better. And I fit in a small sports bra as well.

One of the PS I saw recommended 385 for me as the largest I could go and another said 415. My chest is very similar to yours and I’m afraid that I’ll have boob greed if I decide 385 unders. Do you wish you’d gone bigger???

Lately I've been having sharp pains here and there but I think its normal. Nipples still very sensitive.
Kinda having boob greed and wish I went a little bigger. Life is back to normal. Its like I never got it done.
Scar is still dark, but not really putting anything on it so maybe thats why haha.
Overall happy. :)

They look great. I got mine done just under 2 weeks ago and I swear my nipples haven't been unerect since lol. I was hoping this would go away! But you still have sensitive nipples at 4 months? Yikes
Thank you! And yes, the nipple sensitivity went away, but recently I've been getting random sharp pains on my breasts and occasionally my nipples are very sensitive. My PS recommended pasties so it doesn't rub off on my bra or clothes.

They look amazing! Seemed to have filled out more in your bottom poles. I'm a little over a week post op 400cc and hoping mine fill out like yours :)
