56 Years Old and I Look Like my Grandmother - Palm Harbor, FL

I wanted to do something for my neck for at least 10 years. I didn't truly believe it was a possibility until last summer when my husband suggested I go in for a consultation. I chose Dr. Harrell in Palm Harbor, FL. My consultation was in July 2015 and I scheduled surgery in January 2016. My surgery date was February 9, 2016. I had a necklift/facelift and fat injected into my naso-labial fold and marionette lines.
Overall, I'm very pleased with my results. I'm currently 2 months post-op. I still have some numbness under my chin, behind my ears, and along the jawline. Occasionally, I will feel tingly and itchy. I understand this is very normal at this stage of recovery. There is still a little bit of a bump under my chin but my surgeon assures me that it will go away, I just need to be patient as the complete healing process can take up to a full year. Sometimes I wonder if I'm still a little jowly but I need to lose about 15 lbs. I'm sure my jawline will be more pronounced when I lose the weight. I've always had a round face with chubby cheeks. My features have always been rather soft. My main focus was to get a jawline and lose the saggy skin under my chin.
