When I was in my early 20's, I was scheduled from breast augmentation surgery. However, a week or so before the surgery, I decided not to do this. I was worried about the results and I didn't want to ruin my breasts which were barely B cups but with a very nice shape in my opinion. I liked myself the way I was and I didn't want to take a chance. I said I would wait until after I had children. So, now in my mid-30s I decided to get this done. And I am glad I waited, not only because I was now able to get the silicone gel implants rather than the saline implants in order to achieve a more natural feel, but also because the practice was much more personal. For instance, when I compared the consultation of my first doctor years ago (note, I didn't actually get to meet the doctor prior to surgery) with my consultation with Dr. Ross, I am really thankful that I waited because it was a very personal experience, not just in the door, out of the door. Dr. Ross took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and how I wanted to look. He listened to my concerns and really gave me the feeling that he knew exactly what I wanted. Also, I could tell that he is very confident in his work, and that he truly loves what he does. In fact, I think that it would bother him a great deal if he wasn't able to give you exactly what you want, even though I know that you WILL get exactly what you want. He takes A LOT of pride in his work! It was a lot of money, but the experience that Dr. Ross has is well worth every penny! After my surgery, I saw the doctor 1 time per week for two weeks and I will see him again after 1 month. The follow up care shows me that he cares about the final results and your happiness with them. As for the staff at Palm Harbor Plastic Surgery, they were so friendly and so caring and ready to talk with you about any procedure you have questions about. Some of the staff that I spoke with have even had various procedures done WITH doctor Ross, and that spoke so highly of his work. As for the day of surgery itself, prior to entering the operating room, things were managed very personally, one-on-one, no rush. I spoke to the doctor once again and he took measurement once again and we discussed the size once more. He wanted me to bring in pictures of breasts that I liked or disliked, and we talked about those and how they compare to what I hoped to achieve. My only concern during this whole process was whether or not I would end up looking too small, too big or not natural enough. In the end, the doctor used his best judgment and ended up giving me what was truly best for me, in order to make me look very proportional. At first I was really scared that 400cc was going to be too big, but I ended up getting 425cc and I am VERY glad that he did this, because I wouldn't have wanted my breasts to be any smaller than they are now. And they a big enough to fill out certain shirts but not too big that I had to go out and buy all new shirts. I look very feminine, and in public, no one would think that I had a breast job done, and even my mother said, I look great, that I got the perfect size. I am so happy I used Dr. Ross. I believe you would be happy, too!
