I came for my consultation for TT and breast lift and was told that I would not be able to achieve great results if I don't lose weight. Ouch, but I knew that too. I was 204 lbs and size 14 back then. But I appreciated his honesty. Truth can hurt, but also can be a greatest motivator. That's how I learned about Orbera weight loss procedure, and it appealed to me, being non-invasive and non-permanent. I had the procedure done the following month. (Orbera is a balloon, inserted into your stomach for 6 months, which prevents you from being hungry, while you learn to make a better lifestyle choices) The entire 6 months I was closely observed by Dr. DeLange and his wonderful team, with all the needed support and encouragement. Over those 6 months I came to the office multiple times for check-ups and it was almost like coming home. Everyone is super nice and made me feel important. Who doesn't like that feeling, right?
6 months flew by and with everyone's support and step by step guidance I have lost 50 lbs., adopted new healthy habits and generally felt as a happier person all around. On the day of Orbera balloon removal, I had my TT (with muscle tissue repair after 2 kids), breast lift with an implant replacement, lipo and lip repair. That alone took another 4 lbs. off. Yeeeyyy!!! Dr. DeLange said a few times that he will make me look like a ‘high-school girl’ but I always thought that it was a figure of speech……. IT WASN’T! On 2nd day post-op check-up when my wrappings were taken off, I couldn’t believe my eyes. I looked a million times better than I thought was possible. Speaking of self-confidence shooting up through the roof!!! Since the surgery I’ve lost another 10 lbs. retaining newly built habits, and now I am easily fitting in size 2/small clothing. I feel like a new person and walking through the door of Dr. DeLange’s office 7 months ago was the best thing I did. Highly recommend Estetica and its entire team as caring, knowledgeable, very friendly, attentive, and just beautiful.

I highly recommend Dr. DeLange and entire Estetica team. In the past 7 months I’ve had 6 procedures, split in 2 OR sessions: Orbera balloon insertion and removal, TT, breast lift, implant replacement, lipo and deformed lip repair. I’ve received the best care possible, and even above my expectations. All my questions were answered which made me feel very comfortable with every step. Coming to the office, I never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. It is very obvious that for Dr. DeLange his clients are his highest priority. He has a very personalized approach listening to your unique needs and expectations and is not hesitant to offer suggestions to make the end result better. He did a fantastic job on my body, a lot better than I could expect in my imagination. My friends did not recognize me. Going from size 14 to 2 – that was the ultimate goal! He is very thoughtful and courteous and calls personally multiple times to check on you after surgery. And also makes himself very accessible if you have any questions or concerns. The best compliment for doing an outstanding job is a referral. My husband’s procedure is tomorrow!
