Fat bumps and lumps

I have some bumps of fat, especially around my belly button. It did not stay flat and toned - I guess right afterwards it looked great because I was wearing a very tight compression garment 24/7. Also, it seems that areas of my body that did not have lipo took on more fat than before the lipo. I guess the fat has to go somewhere.

i think this is definitely a posture problem. You seem to have a tilted pelvis that pushes everything outwords. I am guessing you slouch when you sit? - if you look up "body weight fitness" or even just posture exercises, theres a lot you can do to go back towards your post lipo-body. If anything start with doing pelvic tilts so you can see what i mean, by the angle, it will make you more aware!
