WORTH IT
I am in my mid 40's and considered having breast implants years ago. My boyfriend and I researched plastic surgeons in Palm Beach and we made several appointments with different surgeons, however our first appointment was with Dr. Avron Lipschitz from Athena Plastic Surgery. After meeting with him and his staff, we never visited another doctor - we were and are THAT impressed with him.
Our initial appointment with Dr. A. and Michele, his office manager and cosmetic coordinator was in January, 2016. They immediately put us at ease. They were both professional, warm and answered any and all questions I had. Initially when I went in, I wanted 350 cc's, after 3 visits we finally agreed on 400 cc's. I am 5 feet 2 inches and I weigh 113 pounds. I also decided to have some liposuction done as well to my upper and lower abdomen. I had my procedure done on April 22, 2016 in Jupiter - Aqua Surgery Center. My appointment was scheduled for 8 a.m., however we arrived at 7:45 a.m. - a bit earlier than expected. Upon our arrival I was met with his friendly staff whisked right in. I was examined and put under by 8 a.m. Dr. L and I had previously discussed if I should go under or over the muscle. We also decided not to give me a "lift" since I didn't have "ptosis" but I had enough beast tissue to cover the implants should we need to go over the muscle.
When I woke up, the doctor decided to put the implants over the muscle - sub-glandular. I took pain pills for about 3 days. I took a week off work, and was sore for a few weeks before my body began to feel normal again. I am totally in LOVE with my breasts and new look and I couldn't be happier.

Glad you're still happy with your results 5 months post op. That's nice you didn't need a lift after all. Have you enjoyed bra and swimsuit shopping? How did your family and friends react to your surgery? Thank you for sharing with us!
