Hello All… I thought I would share with...

Hello All… I thought I would share with everyone my experience so far with PAL and Smart Lipo. Today is my day two. Let me inform you that I am 5’4 and 170lb athletic build, 28 years old, and never had kids. I will start with my day one… My day one started out with me going to work at 630 am, at 830 am I went home changed my clothes and removed my makeup. At 915 I showed up at the doctor’s office, nervous and not knowing what to really expect. At 930 they took me back! The nurse then took some pictures of me and explained a bit more what would happen. She did offer me zanex , but I refused. I drove myself to the doctors and was hoping to be able to do some work afterwords. Finally I was prepped and ready to go… The doctor then injected me with some numbing medicine. I must admit that part kinda did hurt. Then he made his incision, which I did not feel a thing… Then he filled my stomach and sides with solution. After that, he started using the PAC. I didn’t feel anything with that. He and I were talking about all sorts of stuff. I was even on my phone texting and facebooking. There was one time that really hurt and he had gone too far, but that was it. He explained that once there is no more fat or solution to pick up it may cause some pain. After the PAC, he used the Smart Lipo, which was a laser that went under my skin. I must admit when he turned it on, I saw it flicker, I got a little nervous. He explained again what exactly that did; he told me that it would kill any fat cells that were left behind. They removed 800cc of fat! Once that was completed, the nurse then cleaned me up, and assisted me in putting my garment on. Here is where the trouble began… Turns out I bought the wrong size. It took two nurses to stuff me it to it. When I got home I noticed that my stomach bulged under the band, and I was getting crease lines in my sides. Luckily the doctors office had a spare that was one size bigger than the one I had bought. I took the bigger one home with me. The only problem with bigger garment is that is has shorts attached to it. I went home in my too small garment, changed out of surgery clothes, put make up on, and went back into work. I was completely fine. Not tired. Not sick. Felt normal. I went home from work and did everything like normal.. no problems. Last night was not too bad. I tried to sleep on my back, but that began to get stiff, so I moved to my side. The garment didn’t bother me too much sleeping. I did sleep on a towel. I had a very little drainage. It was very small, and did get on my shorts and top a bit. I didn’t see any on my towel. Day 2
Took a shower, and re bandaged my incisions. Only one still seemed to be leaking, but I bandaged all of them just to be safe. I did notice I am very swollen. I can’t even feel my hip bones, or wear any of my pants. I had to go to work today in yoga pants. (I normally wear jeans to work) I called the dr and told the nurse about my garment situation. She said to stay out of the medium until the swelling goes down. She said a bulge like that could stay permanent. She also told me to remove the bandages as soon as the leaking stops. I had also asked about my skin. As of right now some is lumpy and kinda bumpy. I have a big strange bump on my lower stomach. She said that with compression garment and the aid of another machine and swelling going down, it will go flat. I don’t know what I am going to do for this weekend… I usually go out in summer dresses; I just hope these shorts don’t show! As of today I am at work feeling good. Tomorrow I am planning on going golfing and get back to normal pace, and start exercising.
