Q-switch for Lightening Dark Genital Area - Pakistan, PK

so after four qswitch treatments I have had it. I'm not sure but I think I see depigmented specks here and there on my groin area. If that is true, then the rate at which qswitch works for removing melanin pigment is abonimable. At this rate, It will cost me an arm and a leg. So now I have decided to ditch qswitch for peels.

To date i have had 4 skin lightening treatments. Frankly I see no difference. What I am wondering is if black tatoo ink can be lightened why am i not seeing any results? Also I have started pubic hair removal through laser. My first session was painful so i applied a local anesthetic cream. It was painful in the groin area but as the laser went downwards, the pain lessened. There was redness after the treatment. It went down within a few hours. No burning or scarring. Its been 12 days since the treatment and all the laser treated hair has fallen off. A small amount of hair is untreated especially the ones located towards the inner area and the back near the perinium and anus.
Is there anyone out there who will comment/advise on my skin lightening treatment of the genitals? Please, its been four treatments and I cant see a difference. So many people get support here and i have received none!

I have a dark genital area due to chaffing. It is unsighlty and affects my self esteem. I have had two treatments of q-switch laser (1064 nm wavelength) but can't see a difference yet. My doctor says it will be noticeable after 4-5 treatments. No burning/redness/scars! I came out clean, not painful.
