Still healing...

I'm a little more than 3 months post op. I am pleased with my new boobs so far. My incisions are still thick feeling if that makes any sense. I am having several rounds of sharp pains here and there during the day. Is this normal at this point or no?
I have noticed if I fall asleep and wake up on my chest it's still tender as well. not so much pain, just tender. I was supposed to go for a check up last week but I didn't get to go. I need to reschedule that appointment today.

You are doing well, I would be happy with your size. I am scheduled for 22nd October . I am a midwife and I'm planning to take 3 weeks off.
Good luck x

Your scars are healing really well. What are you using on them? My surgery is Monday, nervous....
My PS also told me to start massaging both surgery areas and to use Kelo-cote on the incisions.
I also get sharp zinger pains every now and then but definitely not like the 1st two weeks. . Also nipple area is very tender and painful if touched... Even lightly it hurts, but they aren't "sensitive" to stimulation.
I recently have been starting to sleep on my tummy/side too. . That's my preferred sleeping
