Went to see my docteur a few years ago but didn't follow thru with it for different reasons. After doing much training at the gym and eating fairly heathy I couldn't get ride of the fat on obliques stomach and chin. The procedure was today. Nothing to worry about during it (twilight). After not so crash hot , pain is tolerable but the garments are a pain!! Anyway will survive the day/night and check back tomorrow .

Seemed very experienced and confident. Liked the photos I saw from her work and best of all kept the same quote from 4 years ago. All great on their part but I don't whinge or complain much so I must be the easiest client.

Well I didn't sleep the first night as the meds did nothing. Went for an hour walk on the beach on second day and walked abound the house all day it was ok. Didn't sleep again last night except for maybe an hour as I just can't sleep on my back and that head garment is such a pain in every sense of the term. So now we are 48 hours later, the pain is more manageable than yesterday, no meds ( I just took 1000mg of paracetamol 4 times since after surgery, don't know what tablet they gave me but it did nothing so I popped in 2 more panadol on first night) since yesterday afternoon. Managed to have a shower last night which was nice. Now neck is swollen so are my abs and side. Can't really tell the difference on the chin part yet but my stomach and sides are flat. They might not stay like that if swelling occurs but impressive result right now. I can now compete with my wife:) will post a photo of my stomach area when I can.
Regards

Hang in there- the first few days seem to be the worst.  Your beard really hides the wound and any healing you are having- I can barely tell.  Keep us posted on everything!

The pain in the chin is still there along with numbness, not unbearable but not great. No meds for 48 hours now. Spent 45 min on treadmill this morning while the wife was pumping iron. Not too much pain on abs/stomach tonight. Sleep ok last night as I managed to sleep on my side. Pictures tomorrow
