P-Shot, Gainswave, Dermal Fillers for Peyronies and Penis Enlargement

I injured my penis during intercourse about 10 years ago and my penis has been getting more and more bent to the right as the years have gone on. Intercourse at times can be slightly painful for me and a partner. I feel like my penis is also getting shorter and skinnier over time because of my Peyronie's and curvature. The plaque and fibrosis is shortening my penis on the right side and also constricting the width in some areas. A urologist examined me and told me he could do surgery but that it would make my penis even shorter than it already is because he would cut out tissue from the left side to make it as short as the right side. I desperately do not want a shorter penis. I have read about the pshot and gainswave in correcting penis curvature and am wondering if anyone knows if these 2 expensive treatments truly work. I am nervous about spending this kind of money on something that may not have any benefit. The reason these two procedures sound really good to me is that they can possibly give me a straighter penis while at the same time give my penis more length and girth, which is the opposite of what peyronies surgery would do.
Also, I am interested in possible fillers being used to fill in areas where the plaques have made my penis skinny so that it is more uniform looking...maybe even only fill in areas on the right to make it look straighter too. Lastly, I am wondering if anyone has ever done vein removal by laser or sclerotherapy on the penis because my penis is ugly enough with its deformed curvature, plaque, and size...my excessive yucky veins make it even uglier and I would like to have them removed so that it is smoother and less unsightly. It is extremely embarrassing and I feel like anyone I became intimate with would tell their friends about how disgusting my penis is, etc...even though not saying to my face because they wouldn't want to hurt my feelings. I am posting some embarrassing pictures to show my curvature and the different degrees of curve depending on how hard my erection is...the harder the erection, the greater the curve. You can see in a couple pics that it looks like a boomerang for crying out loud. I'm also posting some close ups of the plaque. I live in Tampa, FL but would be willing to travel for a really good doctor.
