Getting healthy at 63, 6’2”, down to 241lbs, totally worth it!

Every year since turning 50, I have continued to gain weight. I reach my peak weight in Oct of 2021 of 285lbs. I am 6’2”. Everything hurt, feet, knees, back, you name it. My BP was 152/95 with meds.
