Exceptional - this journey has given me my confidence back

The team at Dr Richlands office is the definition of quality care and top tier customer service. From the moment I walked in I was warmly welcomed by the front desk with a beautiful smile. I was so pleased with the decor of the office that it felt like being in a 5 star hotel. Anyway, I’ve been struggling with my weight for years especially after having children. It seems no matter what I did I couldn’t seem to shake the weight off. A friend of mine told me to try a more medical approach and man am I glad I did. The nurse I met with was so unbelievably thorough and she listened to all my struggles I’ve been through and goals I want to achieve. She made sure she addressed all my questions as well as making sure that this route was a good fit for me. She informed me of what to expect and she was honest to ensure that my expectations were realistic and didn’t feed me false hope just to sell me and that I deeply appreciate. I’ve been on my weight loss journey for a few months now and I’m happy to report that I am down 17lbs since I’ve started. This journey has given me my confidence back and I felt even better knowing I had a team of professionals to help guide me every step of the way. Thank you so much I have been telling everyone I know about this office. I finally feel like I am becoming me again and that I’m getting my life back!!
