I will add more photos later, ie before and after, better quality as this was taken from my phone. I will take pictures with a digital camera soon. I want to start off by saying I BELIEVE in cosmetic surgery. I have had abdominoplasty many years ago which I'm happy with and never questioned that procedure or the results. I was looking so forward to finally have this procedure done which is what makes the outcome so sad. Some background: I do not smoke, drink, and walk 3 miles a day. I'm 5'3" 130 and carry all my weight in my upper body (arms chest back)
In June I went to see Dr. Yuly Gorodisky for a consultation of a breast lift after seeing reviews on here of his work. I mentioned I disliked the fat that bunched at the sides of my bra as well and wanted that removed.
I was told I didn't need an implant (38 D breast) that I had plenty of natural tissue. I called after the consultation and spoke with Jennifer about wanting an implant and the cost. She said it would probably be just the cost of the implant (600-1200) in addition to the surgery that it didn't take much extra time. I was called back and told no that he didn't recommend an implant and didn't want to do it because my anatomy of my chest was wide that I'd be happy with just a lift.
I will include more pictures and details later but I want to fast forward to where I'm at now. I was told pleating of my nipples would take time to heal. Its been 6 months and one of my breast has a small fold of creased bunched skin in addition to pleating coming from every direction. I went from a D bra (none of the old ones fill up half as much) to a B cup bra. I felt like at least I liked my breast in clothes beforehand. I feel like Ive had a reduction and I'm left with ugly scars and breast. I also expressed how I feel like my breast still have a saggy look to them ie nipples/areolas at creases one nipple kinda points downward if im not watching my posture.
Id also like to mention that I complained of the fat that would surround my bra on the sides and towards my back. I was told the morning of my surgery that I'd only be getting lipo on the side not where we had consulted and the dr said he could "go deeper" towards my back. I still have the same fat visible on my sides-back with my bra.
What angers me about this whole process is I have shown up to an appointment crying about the result of my procedure. I was basically told sorry for feeling like I do. I could have another 3000$ surgery to put an implant in. I was told that a breast lift really just tightens the skin below the nipple and doesn't tighten the upper skin very well. Shouldn't this have been something told to me during a consultation, so I'd know what to expect and make a decision BEFOREHAND?
I have just called today to inquire about the nipple pleeting and that has not improved and left a message. Ive yet to hear back. After reading Dr Gorodisky's real self answers to OTHER patients with OTHER Drs. I am upset by all of his advice to TALK TO YOUR SURGEON and about fixing things when HE was MY SURGEON and I was basically told tough luck.
One more thing I'd like to mention...I was told I would be getting an achor lift. After surgery I thought I was happily surprised to have a lollipop lift. Could this be the reason not much improvement/lift was achieved?

I would like to give a +1 to Dr Gorodiskys office because he did call me back the day I called and said someone would call me this week to schedule an apt when I complained of pleating and wrinkles still present.
Here is before

The right one the aerola is at the crease but thats less bothersome than the right one. These look much worse in person. About 1-2 oclock are wrinkles, bunches of skin and the whole scaring area is crooked and ugly.

I'm so sorry you are dealing with this. I don't think you are overreacting. I wouldn't be happy with the degree of lift or pleating either. I do think he was right in that you have plenty of breast tissue. I just don't think the lift was done correctly. I hope either he can fix it or that you can find another dr to fix it for you.
