Hello there! I am 23 years old and I just...
My surgeries were June 26th and 28th. I did so many areas that I had to go in on 2 days! The areas I had done were:
- upper arms
- upper abdomen
- lower abdomen
- hips
- love handles
- back bra line
- buttocks (shaped)
- inner thighs
- outer thighs
- inner knees
The only area I didn't done was my chin... and i could possibly see myself going back for more because my experience was so great!
Consultation:
I went into Reflections Body Solutions for a consult and I was greeted by Jennie Chambon and later Dr. Chambon. They were both there for the consult, and answered any of my questions. They both were very honest with the results and suggested the areas I was interested in doing. I was sold on the spot, so I scheduled my appointments.
Surgery:
This particular place pairs Smart Lipo with the Zerona laser treatment to enhance the results. I got to the office at 6 am and begun my pre-op Zerona treatment. I was then weighed and taken into the procedure room. They gave me Valium and a pain killer, took pre-op pictures and then Dr. Chambon drew on the areas he wanted to do. The procedure itself is not that bad. The only things you feel is the initial needle prick to numb the area of incision, and the pre numbing solution before the tumescent solution. That is one of the many things that sets Dr. Chambon apart from the rest, he does more numbing to ensure your comfort. There were several times during the procedure when I would feel pain, and he was quick to re-numb the area. He encouraged me to let him know how I was doing and feeling. After he was done with an area, he had his wife Jennie come in and inspect his handiwork, which was awesome because I believe that she (as a woman) knows a woman's body better. Their daughter Hallie, is the surgical assistant to the whole procedure, so it is truly a family operated place. They sent me home with plenty of pads to absorb the drainage, and sent instructions for after care as well. The next day I received not one, but TWO calls from both Jennie and Dr. Chambon checking in on me. I took that day easy, and then I went back the next day for round 2.
Round 2 was more painful, but the procedure was the same per area. Again, I was sent home with pads to help with the draining and I was called the next day to check in on my wellbeing.
Recommendations for people considering this procedure:
- take Arnica several weeks before your procedure, and after to help with bruising and swelling.
- moisturize the area you are going to have done frequently, it will help with the skin elasticity.
- stock up on bandaids, extra strength tylenol, and ice packs.
- have someone help you shower for the first couple of days, you will get light headed.

I was BLOWN away by the customer service. Reflections Body Solutions is a family owned place. Dr. Chambon is the one who did the procedure, his wife Jennie also helped to make sure he got all the places looking just right, and their daughter Hallie assisted with the surgery as well. Whenever I needed something, they got it for me, as well as they offered (and kept offering) anything else. For example, both days they provided food since it was such a long procedure each day. One day in particular, I mentioned that I liked a certain sandwich at a nearby food place. They went and got me that sandwich! How awesome is that? This place just exudes hospitality. They truly make you feel like family. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who is looking into Smart Lipo. Plus Dr. Chambon is amazing at what he does. He has been doing the Smart Lipo procedure for quite some time, so he is experienced and you can tell that he has a passion for it as well. Two of his main interests are art and science, so he sees cosmetic surgery as art and you can tell he takes pride in his work. And that is the second reason why you should try out this place, because I guarantee you will look great because of his attention to detail! Already I feel a part of the Reflections family, and I will be back for laser hair removal among other things. Dr. Chambon, Jennie, and Hallie weren't just people who assisted with my surgery, they are and will always be friends of mine.
