I was pleased at first but as time as gone on I am not liking what I see. The Dr was very nice along with office staff but when I did have a concern the answers I got were oh that's normal and will pass with time.

After having 5 kids 2 c-sections I was ready for my body back. I'm 37 140lbs and had 36c breasts before surgery. As time has passed I feel like my tummy muscles weren't tightened as much as I expected I guess. And wanted lipo on my inner thighs, tummy and flanks/lower back area. I also got anchor lift with 550cc saline under muscle augmentation. I wanted a fuller look with no more sagginess and the more time passes the more I am unhappy with the results. I didn't want [RS bleep] star boobs but I wanted my upper area to be fuller which I don't see. My scars around my nipple are so thick and raised it's embarrassing if I don't have padding in my bra you can see the ring around them. My dr said that some people get raised scars and that it might go away. On my TT scar I have slight dogs ears which again he said will flatten with time. If I don't wear underwear with a tight dress the sides of my scar stick out. I absolutely hate my belly button. There is a bug raised scar on it as well and the whole is teeny tiny. It is so hard to clean because I can't even fit my pinky in it.

I can't say I don't think I look better than before the surgery but I used money on myself that could've been used on other things for my family to feel like a million bucks and I don't. I feel guilty even complaint considering how much mo why I spent on myself. My husband says I look beautiful which he always said before I had surgery. But I always say he has husband googles on because he loves me lol. I am not sure if I want to go back to the same Dr for a revision of that's what's needed.

I grateful for being able to have things like this done, but if I going to spend the money and put myself and my family through this I want it to be 100% what I wanted and to be 100% happy with everything.

I'm so sorry about your scars. Did the doctor recommend anything besides saying it happens to some people?? I have seen some ladies on here use things like silicone scar sheets and certain creams to reduce scarring.

He said that he didn't recommend anything other than self heal because there are no proven studies that show they "really" work. I was using silicone strips and bio oil. They are still very raised

I use manuka honey on my scars. I truly believe that's what has flatten mine out. I'm 6mpo from Tt, mr and 3dpo from lipo on back, arms and underarms along with bb revision

Hi cookie, just wanted to stop by and thank you for visiting my journal. I appreciate your comments. I also left you a detailed message in my journal. I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment; and I hope you are able to resolve your issues if not with your current surgeon but with another one at some point in the future. My prayers are with you

Hi. I’m so sorry about the scars. I had a mommy makeover 2011 from Monarch. I was told to use these silicone scar reducing patches. I used them Faithfully way longer than I needed. They completely flattened everything. The scars weren’t pretty but they were flat. I don’t know if maybe could try those ? I got them at CVS. I will say your tummy tuck scar healed beautifully. I have slight dog ear too and don’t worry about it too much. I’m just glad to have the excess skin gone. Thanks for sharing your story!
