I had a small revision because my textured implants didn't drop and fluff enough. I could not be happier with the results! The size, shape, movement is perfect. My recovery after the revision is going so well, very little pain / discomfort. I will add [RS bleep] shortly!

You look and healed amazing!! When I saw the update in my email I thought it was me at first lmfao. Mine unfortunately have gone down in size and aren't ass full as when I first got them done so I'm thinking of getting a revision. I loved them around the 2-3wk mark. But then as time went on, I noticed they were basically shrinking lol.

You look super and symmetrical. They may be the best set of implants I've seen on this site. I think you'll continue to drop, but not much. I would send a thank you card to the physician.

1-9 week update

beach belle
I'm now 9 weeks post op. My implants are Sientra textured round high profile 415cc.

I had my 2 month follow up and Dr. said everything is healing well. My left incision is a bit red still, but nothing to be concerned about. I had been wearing a compression band since 2 weeks post op, but he told me yesterday I didn't have to wear it anymore. Yay! That thing was the toughest part of recovery. So now I'm just waiting on gravity to take over and give me a more natural slope.

I didn't realize that textured implants can take MUCH longer to settle / drop and fluff. I'm currently still glad I went with textured, the thought of being able to move a smooth implant around in the pocket grossed me out a little bit. I also like that textured implants slightly lower the risk of CC. I'm *trying* to be as patient as possible as I wait for the upper pole to decrease and lower pole to increase. From what I've heard 3-6 months is when I should start seeing that happen. I was hesitant to post pictures as my breasts still look odd, but maybe this will help ladies feel more comfortable with their own healing process.

Thank's for the info, you are right, this is very usable for us with the same implants.

Thank you for your post. I also have the same implants (just in a larger cc) and am glad to know that it may just take more time for these to settle. Mine are also a bit odd shaped, but I am not quite 6 weeks post recovery yet so looks like I just need to be more patient.

If it's any consolation, I didn't think they looked odd at all. You look awesome!

Thank you very much for posting your healing process. I knew that textured were a little firmer, but I did not know they took longer to settle. I went with textured for the same reason...moving it around, freaked me out. I am only 5 days post op and the swelling and highness of these things is very discouraging...guess I have a while. A friend of mine said it takes about a month before they feel like they "are yours" or "just a part of you." Do you feel that way yet? I feel like my bra is stuffed. Ha
