Outstanding Care for Septal Perforation Repair & Rhinoplasty

I had a septal perforation repair combined with a functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far.
From the very beginning, the entire team made me feel supported and cared for. The coordination, communication, and organization were excellent, making it much easier to travel internationally for surgery.
Dr. Hasan Duygulu took the time to explain everything thoroughly before the procedure and was incredibly attentive throughout my recovery. I developed a postoperative hematoma, and he personally managed it by cauterizing the bleeding and adjusting my treatment plan to protect the repair. He decided to leave one of the nasal tampons in place for three weeks to give the septal perforation the best chance to heal, and everything went smoothly.
During my three-week follow-up, he showed me the endoscopic before-and-after videos of my septal perforation. Seeing the perforation completely closed was an incredible moment and gave me so much confidence in the work he had done. He also carefully reviewed all the do’s and don’ts to help ensure the repair continues healing properly.
I’m also very happy with the appearance of my nose. It’s still early in the healing process, but the result already looks natural and exactly the kind of refinement I was hoping for.
I also want to recognize the nurse and the patient coordinator, Kubra. They were truly amazing—kind, responsive, patient, and always available to answer my questions. Their support before surgery, during recovery, and throughout my follow-up appointments made the entire experience so much less stressful.
Overall, I had an outstanding experience and would absolutely recommend this team to anyone considering septal perforation repair or rhinoplasty. Their professionalism, surgical expertise, and genuine care for their patients exceeded my expectations.
