Cool laser sucks. only reduced my dark circles by like %20, total waste of money and the recovery is much worst then lead to believe!! Had a awful experience with this dr. After coming across a youtube add for his cool laser to get rid of dark circles I was so excited and though at last a solution to my problem! Of course it was to good to be true. After dishing out $2000 for this laser treatment around my eyes, the procedure took about 10 minutes, this doctor was not nice to me at all he even acted annoyed with me when I told him I saw no difference under my eyes, (which was disappointing because the add I saw results were seen right away..deception of the media) he then responded with "well your eyes are way worst then the models" then he proceeded to tell me "you want to see results," and then he told the nurse in the room she wants to see results right away, then he sprayed cool water i think under my eye and rubbed my newly lasered very sensitive under eye skin until skin started to peel off and left my eyes red. He was cold hearted, insensitive and showed no sympathy or even empathy toward me. Afterward I was to use a cream under my eyes that contained hydroquinone %8 and retina, my eyes would peel everytime i used it, so I would use very little and the jar ended up lasting me a really long time like a year..there was NO expiration date on the cream and I had not been told when to discontinue it..so when it started to smell funny I called his office where his receptionist acted so rude to me and even laughed at me and told me well your not supposed to use it forever. Which I understood, like I said there was NO experation date or instructions not to use it for a prolonged time, but there where other creams that he sells that she could have recommended. Instead I got attitude and made to feel stupid. These are awful people who only cater to you if you are rich. Otherwise they just treat you very impersonal. Awful experience. cool laser is basically fraxel laser but with just a cool beverly hills name. watch out for the deception.
