i love my neck : a facial cosmetic surgeon you can trust 100%
Since I could not get rid of my turkey neck without surgery, which bothered me a lot, I started first to learn everything I could about facial cosmetic surgery procedures, before choosing the right surgeon. I then consulted several. The fact that I was a lot scared about the whole idea of having to trust someone with my face, led me to ask them many questions.
I discovered that only a small number of surgeons are 100% dedicated to cosmetic facial surgery, with most of the practice of other surgeons focused on other types of surgery, primarily augmentation or reduction of the breast. Despite that, I have seriously considered Dr. Louis-Philippe Germain, as he was referred to me by my family doctor. He unfortunately did not inspire me confidence, because he just wanted to do a small facelift, where the incision is only in front of the ear. But this was not appropriate given my age and the sagging of my neck, and the fact that it would not have lasted several years.
My research led me to also consult, in person, Dr. Joe Niamtu III in Virginia, United States. His videos on the web are so convincing that I let myself be taken. If I had listened to him, he would have put chin and cheek implants on my face. He would have even changed my nose because he did not like its aquiline curve. I would no longer be the person I am. It's really amazing just to think about it. It goes without saying that one must have a solid self-confidence not to fall under the domination of one's convictions. Besides, just like Dr. Germain, he wanted to do a blepharoplasty for my so-called droopy eyelids, when I really did not need it.
Finally, by the time I was losing hope, I found Dr. James Bonaparte on the web. He is not only a specialist in facial cosmetic surgery, he also performs reconstructive facial surgery, which is very significant. He holds many professional licenses and memberships. He has received several awards and recognitions. He is very active in learning and teaching. He is passionate about his work. He has shown me before and after pictures to demonstrate surgical outcomes. He is always available to answer our questions, by e-mail or otherwise, before and after the surgery. Words fail me to describe how much I felt listened to and respected by Dr. James Bonaparte. He is a very kind and highly skilled man, someone you can trust completely. He is very honest and would not do a useless procedure. He is really not there for your money. And all his staff is also very pleasant, and without judgment, which helped me a lot in getting my facelift done. So, on January 4th, 2018, he has performed on me a very nice standard SMAS Face and neck lift. It goes without saying that I recommend him 100%.
