49, One Child but a Much Needed Tummy Tuck and Breast Reduction - Ottawa, ON

i have a lot of stretch marks and loose skin on my belly that I have decided I can't live with any longer. Going for my TT and br in less than three weeks. Can hardly believe that I have finely decided to have this surgery after so many years. Flat side, here I come!
Anybody have suggestions for me as to how to prepare for the first few days at home?

including some before pictures of my belly. Pre -surgery weight 144 lbs.
