standing pretty straight. My back is getting a little sore but all in all I feel good. How was your recovery two years ago? Any advise for me?

My back was sore too until I could stab straight...about a week out. Take it easy & rest, sleep, eat healthy, high protein, rest & sleep, try to keep sodium low, drink lots of water & rest & sleep more. It was s couple months before I was back to my normal energy level. Except for when someone would make me laugh or I sneezed or coughed, my boobs were more sore than the TT. Your body was traumatized...it needs lots of rest to heal, don't push urself. If you are taking pain meds, drink more water & continue to take your stool softener!!
