I am a mom of three very active boys. 10 years old, 8 years old and a 3 years old! I am so done with having kids. Lol. I live an active lifestyle, I run, do cardio, weight training but will never achieve the goals I want because of the fat pooch I carry around. My second son was 9lbs and left me with a lot of stretch mark and loose skin. I breast fed all of them and well my breast have kept their size (thank goodness) but are hanging low. I am schedule for a TT with lipo and breast lift with no implant. My Dr told me he will not or usually doesn't use drains anymore so that seems a bit more comfortable since I read a lot of woman complaining about the drains. Has any woman here had a TT without drains? I am very excited but also nervous and of course feel guilty. Any tips are appreciated as the time gets closer I am sure I will need support. I love reading all the posts.

If you don't mind me asking, what are your measurements? I'm looking forward to following you story :)

Are you having a full TT or mini?

Full tummy tuck. Hoping my belly button can get pulled down low enough to not require a vertical stitch.

Wow no drains! Thats nice. I spoke to my dr about it and he said only certain drs do it. Requires more time in surgery for a certain type of stitch. The drains I feel like are the worst part so I'm happy for you your doc is capable of drain free

Yes I am Also happy with kinda with no drains but I haven't heard of many on here who have had it gone without. But my surgeon has a really good reputation so I have faith in him. I will certainly let all you girls know how it is without.

I am getting very nervous and excited. It seems like it is surreal. I can't wait to see the results, I am hopefully prepared for the recovery, I hope to heal fast and get back to running as soon as possible. I think what in am most concerned about is being under anesthetic. I think that is a natural concern and that I am not alone in this concern from the post I read. My surgery is about 4 hrs long, TT, lipo and breast lift. For any girls on here that has had any of the surgeries please help with any preps I should do before and after sugery.

Paid up in full today.
So I paid up my surgery in full today, so no going back. I actually feel pretty comfortable where I thought I might be freaking out. I can't believe in less than a month I will have a new look. August 11 a new me....
Thanks for sharing your story. It's natural to be nervous (and to feel guilty). Do you have a supportive spouse?
