6 Week Post Op
Overall I'm thrilled with the changes (especially my self confidence). I'm unhappy with the "pouch" under my chin and keep hoping it will go away, but I'll give it the recommended 3 months before I ask about it. My neck is much tighter and more firm than I have ever seen in my life and I'm enjoying wearing necklaces! Chokers fit me now!
3 Weeks 2 Days after Surgery -Check Up
My neck is healing very well and MUCH thinner! It will take more time for the contour of my chin are to develop. I still have hardness and tenderness in that are where the external and internal incisions were. By 3 months things should great. I'm very happy with the results so far!

Protecting my healing g face and neck from the sun has been proving a challenge with SPF 50, hats, and scarves! But it has been so refreshing to hold my head high for photos!!!
