I regret my CCW + downgraft bimaxillary surgery

I had an aggressive jaw surgery with a renowned surgeon that included posterior downgraft + ccw rotation. My chin is a lot longer and the profile aesthetics are good. However, my mouth opening is now reduced by a third and my dentist has trouble doing even simple procedures. Biting an apple is clearly something i will never be able to do again.

My sensitivity in the chin and lower lip never came back. Finally, my breathing is worse due to my palate being lowered towards the tongue which makes mouth breathing difficult.
